Leaving a Message

Leaving a message is pretty simple. You only need to make sure that you have stated all the most important information: Your Name, The Time, The Reason for Calling, and Your Telephone Number.
Meanwhile, the receiver will take the message so that the recipients will return your call or information.
Here it is an example of a form where we can write the message from the caller.

Reported speech is sometimes used in taking message. You can study Reported Speech in Learning Material Menu.

Study the conversation below then take the message. Write it in a piece of paper.
